- PRICES – include electricity, water, gas, air-conditioning, use of WI-FI and 1 parking place.
- BOOKING – 30% deposit is request to book the apartment, by credit card or bank transfer ;
- PAYMENTS – 30 days before arrival by credit card or bank transfer;
- ARRIVALS – Saturday from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm;
- DEPARTURES – Saturday from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm;
- SECURITY DEPOSIT – €150 to be paid when keys are delivered and reimbursed upon departure after checking the apartment;
- CLEANING – Compulsory € 80,00 to be paid at the end of stay; (the cleaning of the kitchenette is always performed by the customer)
- BED LINEN & TOWELS – Non included; available with a supplement of €18,00 per person per change;
- TRAVEL COT – € 35,00 per week( children up to 3 years old);
- EXTRA BED – on request, € 50,00 per person per week
- PETS – Dogs are welcome, 1 per apartment, small size, with an extra charge of € 50,00 per week
